Overview

Project for Real Estate, including a CRM system for realtors and buyers, helping users manage their business (schedule client meetings, create listings, send notifications to users, and more). The system also features a Native app - an online GPS tour of the city, aimed at showing the buyer the local area (schools, hospitals, cafes, sports clubs) where they are considering real estate.

It was important to facilitate the work of the realtor, enabling them to send an online GPS tour to their client. Simultaneously, we underwent a complete redesign of the current CRM system, aiming to make it clear and easy to use. Also, we developed a modern design for the main page of the real estate agency.

The prospective real estate buyer could use a GPS tour to familiarize themselves with the city, utilizing the realtor's audio, video, and textual guidance. Current CRM system users were dissatisfied with its complexity, so we made it as user-friendly as possible. Additionally, to make it easier for our client to attract new users, we created a landing page showcasing the details of the new services.

Challenges

Creating the GPS Tour App was an entirely new concept that couldn't be found in competitors or elsewhere. We had to prototype from scratch, conducting extensive research to find the best solution that would suit both the client and their users.

The client's development team requested the design preparation of all possible screen size versions, screen content variations, and both dark and light themes for the project. Through close communication with the development team, we successfully managed to fulfill these tasks.

The client had specific budgetary and timeline constraints for project delivery to ensure a timely workload for the development team and avoid any "downtime" in development and testing. Therefore, our team successfully met this challenge.

Every step of this project was executed with our team's involvement. During the discovery phase, we conducted comprehensive research that revealed numerous interesting ideas for the design stage. After receiving project design approval, we smoothly transitioned to the development phase, where our designer continued to support the client's technical specialists by providing necessary design details for expanding functionality. This laid the groundwork for a fast and efficient testing and bug-fixing phase.

Research & Design

Our team conducted a robust discovery phase, during which we successfully delved into the client's idea, assessed potential benefits, and identified challenges for implementation. In the subsequent Explore phase, we crafted the user flow and wireframe for the project. Additionally, at this stage, we developed detailed designs. In the Materialize phase, we tested a clickable prototype for user experience.

Development & Testing

The client's development team required ongoing support from the design team to create additional screens and features needed throughout the development phase. Thanks to our flexibility in work, we were able to successfully implement this stage.

After the project launch, we have successfully maintained support for its ongoing development. Since the project is dynamic and the client has many ideas for improving the system, we continue to work collaboratively in a coordinated manner.

Conclusion

Summary

It's worth noting that the Client Town project has proven successful in all aspects. Thanks to effective teamwork on our part and active participation from the client and their team we managed to implement an effective design for the client's fantastic new idea within the necessary budget and timeframe. Additionally, we redesigned the current CRM system to maintain and expand the current client base, along with creating an attractive landing page.
