Research & Design

The discovery phase kicked off with a collaborative Miro board session, using stickers to map out the "happy path" for each user role with the client. Following these discussions, we translated insights into wireframes and a detailed specification. The wireframes visually represented the app's structure, while the specification acted as a roadmap for the development team, saving time and costs by ensuring a unified understanding among team members. This streamlined approach facilitated efficient communication and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development stages.

Phase 2

Development & Testing

Moving from discovery, the development phase implemented the wireframes and specification as a blueprint for building the healthcare web app. Continuous collaboration within the team, utilizing agile methodologies, ensured a dynamic and adaptive development process.
